These two cards are actually for the past two weeks of Fall-to Layouts on the Clean and Simple Stamping blog. The first one is for FTL119.

This is a busy week at the preschool. We had our first "big" program today with the 3, 4, and 5 year olds who have music class on Wednesdays.
Tomorrow we'll do it again with the kids who have music on Thursdays. And then we'll be finished with school for 2010.
But I started out the week by taking a day off. Ken had business in Raleigh so I drove up with him and we got to have dinner with our daughter, Britt. On her 27th birthday.
We celebrated at a really nice steakhouse — Flemings. You know that I love a place that brings a fancy dessert for the birthday girl (and extra forks). :)
Hope you're having a great week. Thanks so much for spending a few minutes of it here with me. Tomorrow I plan to post a card for this week's Fall-to Layout. See you then!
the kids are adorable!!Wow your daughter takes after you so much!(is that the right verb?)

Ooh . . . I like these cards! Eleftheria is right. Your daughter does take after you. But can she wink?

I know just what you mean about making a card that you love and then wanting to see it in loads of colours! Life usually intervenes before I make more than three! Both styles of card are great but the butterfly card is my favourite - love those rock 'n' rolled butterflies.
